The Focused Intervention Team's Community Oversight Group is holding an introductory meeting on June 4 at 11 a.m.

The Portland Police Bureau’s (PPB) Focused Intervention Team (FIT) is taking shape. The goal of FIT is to deescalate and lower the tensions in the community that are feeding the contagious gun violence crisis. The Community Oversight Group (COG) that FIT will operate under is holding its first virtual introductory meeting on Friday, June 4, at 11 a.m. to start the onboarding process for FIT.
