Mayor Wheeler and City Leaders To Hold Press Conference Addressing 2nd Night of Violent Downtown Demonstrations

Mayor Ted Wheeler will be joined by City leaders for a press conference to address the second night of downtown demonstrations. I will be moderating the press conference.

WHEN: 8:00 AM, Sunday, May 31, 2020 (Doors open at 7:30 AM) Accredited media only.

WHERE: Council Chambers, 2nd floor, City Hall. Please enter at the SW 5th and SW Jefferson location.

NOTE: Please take appropriate physical distancing measures. Pool is highly recommended.


Mayor Ted Wheeler will then be hosting a second press conference with community leaders at SEI on the impact of the demonstrations in our black communities at 1:30 pm.
