Washington Park Reservoir Improvement Project - August 2021 Update

• The reservoir began providing drinking water to the west side of Portland on June 29.

• We're letting gravity do its thing.

  • The soil needs to settle to ensure this project is successful.

  • The next phase will begin in late 2023.

• Plan ahead for trips to and through Washington Park: September road closures on SW Sherwood and SW Sacajawea
