- Construction location: The crew is replacing the water main on SE 19th Avenue between SE Umatilla Street and SE Marion Street and will soon begin work near SE Nehalem Street.
- You may experience discolored water. Read the newsletter to find out what to do if that happens.
- Traffic detours on SE 19th Avenue: Plan to detour around the construction zone. If you live in the construction zone, plan for it to take extra time to get to and from your house. People walking, cycling, and driving will likely be detoured at least one block east or west.
