- Construction location: The crew is replacing the water main on SE 19th Avenue between SE Umatilla Street and SE Marion Street. In the next couple of weeks, they will begin installing new water service lines between the new water main and people’s water meters.
- Traffic detours on SE 19th Avenue: Plan to detour around the construction zone. If you live in the construction zone, plan for it to take extra time to get to and from your house. People walking, cycling, and driving will likely be detoured at least one block east or west.
