Construction

Construction at the Washington Park Reservoir started in 2016 and will continue until 2025. Read on for the most recent update.

We will replace approximately 2,200 feet of water main (pipe) with earthquake-resilient pipe. We will also replace five existing fire hydrants and install one new fire hydrant. This project will bring existing water services and backflow devices at several properties up to current City code.
