Bull Run Habitat Conservation Plan compliance reports

Information
Annual compliance reports for the Water Bureau's Habitat Conservation Plan

The Bull Run Water Supply Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) is a 50-year plan that describes the bureau’s work to protect and improve aquatic habitat and comply with the federal Endangered Species Act and Clean Water Act while continuing to use the Bull Run Watershed for water supply.

Every year, the bureau submits a report to two regulatory agencies: The National Marine Fisheries Service and the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. These reports have been submitted since 2010 (year 1 of the HCP) and are available here.
