Filtration Neighbor Update - Jan. 10, 2025

• We are working to address road condition concerns on Cottrell Road and have temporarily halted use of Cottrell Road between Lusted Road and Dodge Park Boulevard by haul traffic. We are planning to resurface Cottrell Road early this year, and in the meantime, crews are repairing the potholes as a temporary solution.
• We also understand Multnomah County will be doing pothole repairs on Dodge Park Boulevard between Pleasant Home Road and Orient Drive in the coming weeks. 
• Starting in late January or February, crews will mobilize for pipeline construction on Dodge Park Boulevard. Throughout this year, we will be installing a new large-diameter pipeline in the south side of the Dodge Park Boulevard right-of-way, with work expected to start near the Cottrell Road intersection and move west. After the pipeline construction is complete, the work area and road surface will be restored. 
• Note: Temporary closure of the Lusted Road/Altman Road intersection during shift hours is anticipated February 3-7. Temporary closure of part of Pipeline Road near the intersection with Altman Road is anticipated in February or March for one to two weeks. Additional information will be shared as available.
