We’ve taken significant strides with the Bull Run Treatment Projects in Fiscal Year 2020-2021. We’ve hit important compliance milestones with the Oregon Health Authority, started construction on improved corrosion control at Lusted Hill, and secured low-interest federal financing to name just a few. A look forward to economic benefits of a more resilient water system

Constructing a more resilient water system will deliver tangible benefits for our local economy. ECONorthwest estimates in the Bull Run Treatment Projects Economic Contributions and Benefits Report that these projects will create 4,600 jobs and more than $1.59 billion in total economic contribution to the Portland tri-county area.
