This week Portland City Council will vote on Ordinance 189934 to authorize the City of Portland, on behalf of the Portland Water Bureau, to acquire necessary easements for the Improved Corrosion Control Project through negotiation or the exercise of the City’s eminent domain authority if an agreement cannot be reached. (Second Reading Agenda 296)
