This week, the Portland Water Bureau and the Office of Management and Finance will ask City Council to approve an ordinance to authorize the Bull Run Filtration pipeline design services contract. The other ordinance will authorize the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) procurement method for the pipelines project.

The City Council meeting will be:
