• Current traffic impacts
  1. Altman Road (between Oxbow Drive and Pipeline Road) through September 30, 2026: Single-lane, south-only traffic 24/7. North traffic will be detoured to Lusted Road, Hosner Road, and Oxbow Drive.
  2. Dodge Park Boulevard (Cottrell Road to about 1500 feet east of intersection) through October 31, 2026: Single-lane with flagging during work hours. After work hours, normal traffic will resume.  
  3. Cottrell Road (between Carpenter Lane and Lusted Road) through January 2027: Expect increased haul truck traffic on Cottrell Road as clean fill is transported to a fill site near Cottrell and Lusted roads.
• Controlled blasts during pipeline shaft excavation scheduled activities: no blasts currently scheduled
