  • Current traffic impacts
    1. Lusted Road (between Altman Road and west of Hosner Road) through July 16, 2026: Intermittent flagging during work hours while roadway striping and asphalt repairs are completed.
    2. Lusted Road (just north of county line) through October 17, 2026: Closure during work hours with two-way traffic managed by temporary traffic signals outside work hours. During work hours, residents will be able to travel either north or south of the closure. Through traffic will be detoured to Dodge Park Boulevard and Cottrell Road.
    3. Note that July 13-15, we anticipate short-duration, single-lane restrictions with two-way flagging at the Oxbow Drive and Altman Road intersection and on Cottrell Road (south of the Lusted Road intersection) while sampling is completed in the public right-of-way.
    4. Also, the City of Sandy will be repaving Bluff Road July 13-24, between Proctor and Hudson roads, where a new water pipeline was recently installed in the right-of-way that will help connect their existing water system to the filtration facility.
