  • Current traffic impacts
    1. Lusted Road (between Altman Road and west of Hosner Road) through May 23, 2026: Local access only closure with one-way eastbound traffic outside work hours. Through traffic will be detoured to Altman Road or Hosner Road. Residents within the work zone on Lusted Road will have access from the west. 
    2. Lusted Road (just north of county line) through June 26, 2026: Closure during work hours with two-way traffic managed by temporary traffic signals outside work hours. During work hours, residents will be able to travel either north or south of the closure. Through traffic will be detoured to Dodge Park Boulevard and Cottrell Road. Access for school buses and emergency vehicles will be maintained.
    3. Portland General Electric is doing utility work along Dodge Park Boulevard that is expected to continue through early April and may involve temporary traffic restrictions where work happening.
    4. The City of Sandy is installing a new water pipeline along the Bluff Road right-of-way, between Proctor and Hudson roads, that will help connect their existing water system to the filtration facility. This work is expected to be ongoing through May 1, 2026. Visit the City of Sandy project webpage for more information.
