Traffic impacts
- Altman Road (between Lusted Road and Pipeline Road): Flagged two-way traffic Monday through Friday to install new Pleasant Home Water District water lines.
- Altman Road/Lusted Road intersection: Flagged two-way traffic Monday through Friday to install new Pleasant Home Water District water lines.
- Dodge Park Boulevard (west of Cottrell Road) through August 31: Flagged two-way traffic Monday through Saturday to clear, grub, and prepare for pipeline installation in the public right-of-way on the south side of the road.
- Dodge Park Boulevard (east of Cottrell Road) through August 31: Flagged two-way traffic Monday through Saturday to clear, grub, and prepare for pipeline installation in the public right-of-way on the south side of the road.
- Lusted Road near the county line: Flagged two-way traffic 24/7 Monday through Friday.
- Cottrell Road south of Dodge Park: We are aware of the uneven road surface (a dip) on Cottrell Road between Dodge Park Boulevard and Bluff Road. We're working with Multnomah County to repave the road soon. Signs with lights have been added to alert drivers in the interim. Please use caution when driving through this section of the road.
