The Portland Water Bureau hosted an informal drop-in open house where Bull Run Filtration Project neighbors chatted with representatives of the facility and pipeline construction teams, asked questions, and heard about recent progress and upcoming work. There wasn't a formal presentation, so people dropped by any time between 6 and 8 pm.
