Oct. 8 Meeting Resources

• At the Oct. 8 meeting, one of the Advisors suggested the group look at the Lake Oswego-Tigard Water Partnership Water Treatment Plant agreement. A few examples are below, that were originally shared at the Oct. 3, 2019 Site Advisory Group meeting:
  • The  Washington Park Community Sounding Board provided input in 2014 to the Portland Water Bureau (PWB) in conjunction with decommissioning of the reservoirs and construction of a new underground reservoir. Their advice on the design and construction mitigation measures was documented in the meeting minutes and reflected in the work being completed now.
  • In 2010, the Powell Butte Reservoir 2 Project Project Advisory Committee (PAC) provided recommendations to the Water Bureau for the Trail Plan Concept, Park Center Concept, and architectural concepts that lead to conceptual plans for the park trails system and the park amenities, including a narrative description of the proposed park improvement, a schematic plan for the areas and locations of the improvement.
