  • November Willamette River Water Treatment Plant 
    The Portland Water Bureau is hosting two opportunities to tour the City of Wilsonville’s Willamette River Water Treatment Plant with Site Advisory Group members. Attendees will see the equipment and processes at work at a drinking water filtration facility. Join us on a tour:
    • Date: November 8, 2019 
    • Time Options: 10 a.m. – noon (lunch provided) 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. (snack provided) 
    • Location: Wilsonville Willamette River Water Treatment Plant 10350 SW Arrowhead Creek Lane, Wilsonville, OR 97070

  • Join the Site Advisory Group
    The current Bull Run Filtration Site Advisory Group members include adjacent property owners of the future filtration facility site as well as local representatives from Surface Nursery, Sandy River Watershed Council, Johnson Creek Watershed Council, East Multnomah County Soil and Water Conservation District, City of Sandy, and a recent graduate of the Oregon Trail Academy. Now is your opportunity to request a seat at the table. 

    Membership requires a commitment to participate in monthly work sessions. Regular meetings are currently scheduled through October 2020 to take place 6-8 p.m., the second Thursday of each month (excluding November and December 2019 and June 2020). Anyone interested in joining should submit their contact information and brief a description of interest at  www.surveymonkey.com/r/AdvisoryMember. The current Site Advisory Group members will review and make a decision on additional members for at-large positions in December 2019.

    Can't commit? You don't need to be a member to provide valuable input on Advisory group topics. Site Advisory Group meetings are open to the public and include opportunities for public input. Meetings are also recorded and videos will be available online with additional opportunities to give feedback or ask questions.
