The Portland Children’s Levy (PCL) is a City of Portland initiative that annually generates $23 million to support proven programs that prepare children for school, support their success in and out of the classroom, and eliminate racial and ethnic disparities in children’s well-being and school success.

PCL is accepting grant applications in the large grant funding process through November 4, 2024.  A small grants funding round is planned for 2025.
