The prominent memorial walls at Portland's Veteran's Coliseum provide a place and opportunity to see the names of and honor those who died for our country. The Digital Veterans Memorial provides an accessible opportunity to see the names and learn more about individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice.

The featured biographies that are a part of the Digital Veterans Memorial, though brief, highlight the lives - and deaths - of local veterans who died while serving their country. Their bravery and sacrifices are not forgotten. Because many of the veterans honored on the memorial walls served in the military long ago, we know just a small number of the stories of bravery and sacrifice out of thousands.

Do you know the story of a local veteran who died in service to this country?  Share details for a biography to be included in the City of Portland's Digital Veterans Memorial.
