City Council Hearing: Lloyd Enhanced Service District

Lloyd ESD’s current contract, overseen by the City of Portland, is up for renewal. Portland City Council will hold a public hearing Dec. 13, 2023 at 2 p.m.

Enhanced Services District Audit Response Information Session

BDS Planning is evaluating Portland’s Enhanced Services District Program in response to a 2020 audit. A public information session with findings and initial recommendations will be held Tuesday, Dec. 12, from 4 to 6 p.m.
