Starting December 3, 2021, certain Tree Permits will be valid for longer periods of time.

These extended timelines are intended to provide property owners and tree care providers greater flexibility when planning and scheduling regulated tree work. Since planting requirements will be allowed within one full calendar year, each permit will be valid during the planting season.
