New application forms, fees, and online application process available for Chemical Treatment and Street Tree Attachment Permit Applications

Beginning January 28th, 2021, chemical treatment and tree attachment applications and fee payment will be accepted online through DevHub and the following changes will go into effect:

NEW Chemical Treatment Application and $150 Fee
• The new Chemical Treatment Application will be available for download here.
• Paper applications and required $150 fee will continue to be accepted by mail.

NEW Street Tree Attachment Permit Application and $300 Fee
• The updated Street Tree Permit Attachment Application will be available for download here.
• Paper applications and required $300 fee will continue to be accepted by mail.
• Cabling, bracing, and other tree support systems are considered attachments.

To Apply:
Online, digital submissions accepted through DevHub.
