Heritage Tree Permits

All work on Heritage Trees requires a permit. The type of permit depends on the kind of work you propose.

When is a Heritage Tree Work permit required?

Always.

Street Heritage Trees: A permit is required for any work on a Heritage Tree in the right-of-way. 

Private Heritage Trees: A permit is required for any work on a Heritage Tree on private property.
