- Portland Parks & Recreation Urban Forestry’s website contains extensive information about tree regulations and permits, retroactive permits for situations needing immediate attention, and applying for permits on-line through DevHub.
- See Urban Forestry’s list of local tree care provider companies who have participated in our training program.
- Tree Permit applications are accepted by mail or through the DevHub online portal.
- Schedule an in-person appointment at The Development Services Center at 1900 SW 4th Avenue, Portland OR 97201. Walk-in services are not available.
