Weeping Willow

- Native to western China.
- Height can exceed 100’.
- Leaves are 2-6” long and finely toothed.
- Weeping willows in Portland (and just about anywhere) may be hybrids from several species. Sorting it all out is very difficult, so S. babylonica remains as the species.
- Fairly common in Portland.
