11/16/21 Service Level Update: Permitting Delays

Urban Forestry is experiencing an increased volume of permit applications. Turn-around time for permit issuance is extended to approximately 6 weeks from application intake.

If you would like to check the status of your permit application please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to the Portland Maps Permit/Case Search website at https://www.portlandmaps.com/advanced/?action=permits
  2. Type in the address and hit "Submit"
  3. Click on the applicable permit/case number
  4. The permit status is listed under "Status"

A "status" that indicates "Application" means that the permit is still in the queue to be inspected.
