Join your neighbors for a fun night of tree themed trivia! Do not worry if you are not an expert in tree science, there is more to trees than that! Do you know what tree is planted at the world's smallest park in Downtown Portland? And The Lorax and The Giving Tree are not the only stories with iconic trees, do you know what kind of tree was the World Tree in American Gods? Hint, we have a native one that grows in Oregon!
Portland Treevia will take place on Wednesday, January 13th from 7:00 – 9:00pm. Trivia teams will be automatically populated by neighborhood Tree Teams - learn more about Neighborhood Tree Teams and find your neighborhood here.
Portland is fortunate to have many passionate community members who care for their neighborhood trees. Our volunteers represent and advocate for trees at neighborhood association meetings and serve as a connection between Urban Forestry and neighbors. Tree Teams are groups of dedicated volunteers who care about, and for, their neighborhood's trees.
