Changes to credit and debit card processing fees

Starting June 3, 2025, customers who use a credit or debit card to pay their sewer, stormwater, and water bill will pay a 2.95% processing fee. To avoid this fee, customers can make an electronic payment directly from their bank account. Learn more.

Join us for a Juneteenth celebration at Midland Library! The theme of the day will be plants, nature, and Black liberation.

Welcome to Black Storytelling and Afro-Botanical Art with Urban Forestry! The whole family is welcome on a journey into our urban forest. Celebrate our roots and how greatly we have grown together! Come sing, read, and create art inspired by Black freedom and beautiful trees! (Suitable for young children with adults.)

Afterwards, learn to plant seeds and learn about plant growth with Malcom Hoover from Black Futures Farm. Black Futures Farm will share about Black agriculture, liberation, and the history of Juneteenth. (Suitable for adults and teens.)
