About
The Transportation Wallet (in parking districts) is a collection of passes and credits for use on transit, streetcar, bike-share and scooters. Current residential and business permit holders in the Northwest and Central Eastside Parking Districts can trade in unused permits in exchange for free Transportation Wallets. This is one of PBOT's strategies to effectively manage on-street parking demand by increasing parking supply.
The 2023 Transportation Wallet* includes:

- $175 in Northwest Parking District
- An annual Portland Streetcar Pass
- $99 BIKETOWN credit
- $30 scooter credit for Bird, Lime, and Spin ($10 per company)
- $30 Free2Move Car-share credit
