About
The Transportation Wallet (in parking districts) is a collection of passes and credits for use on transit, streetcar, bike-share and scooters. Current residential and business permit holders in the Northwest and Central Eastside Parking Districts can trade in unused permits in exchange for free Transportation Wallets. This is one of PBOT's strategies to effectively manage on-street parking demand by increasing parking supply.
The 2021 Transportation Wallet includes:
- TriMet Hop card: either $100 (Northwest) or $200 (Central Eastside)
- An annual Portland Streetcar Pass
- $99 Biketown credit
- $30 scooter credit
