About

The Transportation Wallet (in parking districts) is a collection of passes and credits for use on transit, streetcar, bike-share and scooters. Current residential and business permit holders in the Northwest and Central Eastside Parking Districts can trade in unused permits in exchange for free Transportation Wallets. This is one of PBOT's strategies to effectively manage on-street parking demand by increasing parking supply.

Transportation Wallet includes a $200 or $175 TriMet Hop card depending on parking district, an annual Portland Streetcar pass, $99 for BIKETOWN, $30 for scooters, and $30 in car-share.
