Income-qualified residents and employees in the Central Eastside and Northwest Parking Districts can apply for a Transportation Wallet: Access for All.

This verification step will take 1-2 minutes to complete.

Eligibility 

Income-qualified residents and employees in the Central Eastside and Northwest Parking Districts are eligible to apply for a FREE Transportation Wallet: Access for All. You must live on a low-income or participate in an income assistance program. 

The address you provide must be in either the Central Eastside or Northwest Parking District. If you qualify, we will mail your Transportation Wallet to this address.
