BIKETOWN Promo Code Activation Instructions

Important

You must be physically within the BIKETOWN Service Area to upload your codes to your account. It doesn't work if you are outside of the area.

Current Annual Membership Members

PLEASE READ! In order to apply your new Annual Membership code, first you need to cancel your existing Annual Membership so it does not auto-renew which is set by default . However, you will still receive your membership benefits for the remainder of your Annual Membership term. Once your current membership has expired, you can then load your new Annual Membership code. You cannot load your new code prior to the expiration of your existing membership, and you must cancel your plan to prevent it from auto-renewing. We apologize for this inconvenience. 

How to cancel your current Annual Membership 

1. Select Menu
2. Select Membership
3. Select Manage plan (this is also where you can find the last date of your current plan)
4. Select Cancel plan - Now your membership won't auto-renew.

When your current membership ends, use the new code provided in Transportation Wallet packet. This code will not auto-renew. Now follow the instructions listed below.

Instructions for new Annual Membership members in writing

1. Before you start, you need to create a BIKETOWN account and have an active payment method to sign up.
2. Select Menu
3. Select Memberships
4. Select Join now
5. Ensure you have an active payment method and select "add promo code"
6. Enter your Annual Membership promo code starting with "am26". Total $ in top right should say $0.00
7. Select Join and Save
8. Now add your $99 e-bike promo code starting with "TW26P" and Select Menu again
9. Select Rewards
10. Select Enter Code to the right of "Offers"
11. Finally, add your $15 e-scooter promo code starting with "TW26SC" and Select Menu again
12. Repeat Steps 9 & 10
