Tips once you receive your Access for All Wallet

Label: Information
Program participants can learn how to set up and maximize their Access for All Transportation Wallet resources, which are made possible by the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) and the Portland Clean Energy Benefits Fund (PCEF).

What's included

Please note that Access for All Transportation Wallet resources are distributed to eligible participants once per calendar year. Application is required for each year of participation.

Participants who receive a physical Access for All Wallet package can expect to receive a folder like the one pictured above.

Option 1 Wallets include:

  • A TriMet Annual Pass that is digitally loaded onto an existing Honored Citizen Hop card or a new Adult Hop card

Not all Option 1 Wallets consist of a physical package:

  • Participants who provide an Honored Citizen Hop card number (during registration) will have their annual pass digitally loaded onto their existing Hop card and will not receive a physical Wallet package. Participants (or partner organizations) will receive an email once the annual pass has been processed.

  • Participants who state they don't have an Honored Citizen Hop card (and request a new Hop card during registration) can expect to receive a physical package containing a new Adult Hop card with an annual pass on it.

Option 2 Wallets include:

  • $200 in TriMet funds, loaded onto a new or existing Hop card

  • Bike-share: A BIKETOWN for All membership activation code and information on Adaptive BIKETOWN

  • Prepaid card: A $75 prepaid card that can only be used on transportation services like transit (TriMet), bike-share, e-scooter share, ride-share (Lyft/Uber), or taxis

Option 3 Wallets include:

  • $225 - $300 in transit funds, loaded onto new or existing Hop cards (amount determined by household size)

  • Bike-share: Membership activation codes for BIKETOWN for All (for household members 16 years and older) and information on Adaptive BIKETOWN

  • Prepaid card: One $100 - $175 prepaid card per household (amount determined by household size) that can only be used on transportation services like transit (TriMet), bike-share, e-scooter share, ride-share (Lyft/Uber), or taxis

How to replace Access for All resources that have been lost
