Did you recently move to the Northwest Parking District within the past 6 months? If so, and you decide to NOT apply for a Zone M parking permit, we will give you a free Transportation Wallet.
Rules
- You recently moved to the Northwest Parking District within the past 6 months
- You choose to forgo a Zone M on-street parking permit for 1 year*
- You will remain living in the Northwest Parking District for at least 2 months
- You are currently living at your new address and can receive mail. Your name must be on your new mailbox.
*Note: If you disregard the program rules and apply for a Zone M permit within a year after receiving a free Transportation Wallet through this promotion, you will be charged $99 for the cost of the Transportation Wallet by the City of Portland.
