Frontline Worker Transportation Wallet

The Frontline Worker Transportation Wallet is free for people who live or work in the Northwest Parking District AND who are also frontline workers who report to work away from home during the pandemic. Limited offer, while supplies last.

The form will take 3-5 minutes to complete.


The Frontline Worker Transportation Wallet is a collection of passes and credits for use on transit, streetcar, bike-share, scooters and car-share. It is offered for free to residents and employees in the Northwest Parking District who are also frontline workers. A frontline worker is someone who reports to work away from home during the pandemic such as grocery and retail locations. Offered for a limited time, while supplies last. One Transportation Wallet (of any type) per person per calendar year.

The 2021 Frontline Worker Transportation Wallet comes with:  

  • $100 TriMet Hop card 
  • Annual Portland Streetcar Pass
  • $99 BIKETOWN bike-share credit
  • $30 scooter credit ($10 each with Spin, Lime, & Bird)
  • $30 Free2Move car-share credit
