Citywide Transportation Resources

People who do not qualify for a Transportation Wallet through PBOT are encouraged to see if they qualify for transportation resources offered by other Portland-based organizations. Below are several to consider.

Programs for people living on a low-income: 

 

 

  • Lime Access - Ride Lime e-scooters at a discounted rate

 

 

  • Ride to Care - A free service that provides transportation (or reimbursement for transportation) to people covered by Oregon Health Plan (OHP) medical insurance.
