What's included
Please note that Access for All Transportation Wallet resources are distributed to eligible participants once per calendar year. Application is required for each year of participation.
Option 1 Wallets include:
- A TriMet Honored Citizen 1-Year Pass
If you are...
Below the age of 65 and submitted an Honored Citizen Hop card number, you will not receive a physical Wallet package. Your annual pass will be digitally loaded onto your Hop card. If contact information is provided when registering, you will be notified by PBOT or community-based organization staff once your pass has been processed.
65+ and requested a new Honored Citizen Hop card, expect a physical package containing your new Hop card with your annual pass on it.
Option 2 Wallets include:
$200 in TriMet funds, loaded onto a new or existing Hop card
Bike-share: A BIKETOWN for All membership activation code and information on Adaptive BIKETOWN
Prepaid card: A $75 prepaid card that can only be used on transportation services like transit (TriMet), bike-share, e-scooter share, ride-share (Lyft/Uber), or taxis
Option 3 Wallets include:
$225 - $300 in transit funds, loaded onto new or existing Hop cards (amount determined by household size)
Bike-share: Membership activation codes for BIKETOWN for All (for household members 16 years and older) and information on Adaptive BIKETOWN
Prepaid card: One $100 - $175 prepaid card per household (amount determined by household size) that can only be used on transportation services like transit (TriMet), bike-share, e-scooter share, ride-share (Lyft/Uber), or taxis

Quick-start checklist
The Quick-start checklist outlines crucial steps all Wallet recipients should take to set up their resources. Please note that checklist items depend on the Wallet Option you selected.
Register your TriMet Hop card(s) by visiting myhopcard.com or by calling 1-844-MYHOPCARD (1-844-69467-2273)
Check your Hop card balance and/or your annual pass status
- Activate your prepaid card by following the below steps:
- Call the number on the back of your card (888-799-0030)
- Follow the instructions given in the voice recording
- Use the date of birth you provided when you registered for an Access for All Wallet
- Once you create a four-digit pin, your card should be activated

Full maximization checklist
The Full maximization checklist provides pro-tips to help Wallet recipients maximize their resources. Please note that checklist items are dependent on the Wallet Option you selected.
Applicable to Option 1, 2 and 3 Wallets:
- Manage and move funds between Hop cards by logging into your Hop card account or by calling 1-844-MYHOPCARD (1-844-69467-2273)
- Replace a lost Hop card by contacting TriMet directly
- Hop cards that have been registered can be replaced by TriMet and any funds or passes on the lost card can be transferred to a new card
- TriMet isn't able to replace Hop cards that have not been registered and any funds or passes on the lost card are forfeited
- Option 1 Wallet recipients: Sign up for BIKETOWN for All
- While Option 1 Wallets don't include this resource, most Access for All recipients are eligible for BIKETOWN for All since eligibility criteria for the two programs are very similar
- Join Bike Angelsto earn additional BIKETOWN ride credit
- Pick up a FREE helmet (included in your BIKETOWN for All membership)

Only applicable to Option 2 and 3 Wallets:
- Add your prepaid card to your transportation-related accounts, such as:
- Check the balance of your prepaid card by calling the number on the back of your card (888-799-0030) or by logging in to your usbankmyaccount.com account
- Use your prepaid card at least once a month to avoid inactivity fees
- To report a lost prepaid card and request a new one:
- Know that Wallet staff are only able to replace prepaid cards one time
- Notify community-based organization staff (this is not applicable to people who signed up through a parking district)
- Email wallet@portlandoregon.gov and be sure to include your name and the community-based organization or parking district you signed up through
Where to use your Wallet
Option 1 Wallets:
TriMet Honored Citizen 1-Year passes can be used for unlimited rides on TriMet buses, MAX Light Rail, WES Commuter Rail and Portland Streetcar.
Option 2 and 3 Wallets:
Transit funds can be used to purchase rides on TriMet buses, MAX Light Rail, WES Commuter Rail and Portland Streetcar.
BIKETOWN for All memberships are valid for a year from the date activated. They offer a FREE helmet, discounted rates, monthly ride credit, and more.
Wallet recipients also have access to Adaptive BIKETOWN, which offers FREE 1-hour rides on adaptive bikes that may better suit people living with a disability or those who are unable to ride a traditional two-wheeled bike.
Prepaid cards will only work on most transportation-related purchases (excluding gas and parking) and can be used to add funds to TriMet Hop cards or to purchase e-bike, e-scooter, ride-share (Lyft/Uber) and taxi rides.
