The East Portland Neighborhood Bike Fair at Menlo Park Elementary is a free, family-friendly event! 

Where: Menlo Park Elementary School, 12900 NE Glisan St, Portland, OR  97230  (entry through parking lot on NE 128th Ave, just south of Glisan)

When: Saturday, July 12, 2025, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

 

Activities are FREE and there’s something for everyone, including: 

  • Biking lessons for children with activities to learn about bike safety skills  

  • Learn-to-ride coaching for adults and children just starting out on a bike  

  • Quick-fix Bike Repair to make sure your bike is rolling smoothly and safely  

  • Guided community ride - a low-stress 1-2 mile ride to practice new skills

  • Helmet fitting to make sure you're protected

Participants are welcome to bring their own bikes. There will be bikes of various sizes available for children and adults to borrow for the Learn to Ride clinic. 

This event is hosted in partnership with David Douglas School District and Community Cycling Center.
