Winter Cycling Workshop at Lents Farmers Market

Stop by our Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) booth at the Lents Farmers Market to learn bike maintenance tips and get information on biking through the winter! We will host two fix-a-flat demos at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. This event is free and open to everyone.

What: This is an open-format workshop, meaning you can stop by anytime between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. We’ll answer all your bike-related questions and go over basic maintenance tips so that your bicycle runs smoothly all year long. You’ll also have the chance to learn how to fix a flat! We will host two half hour fix-a-flat demos at 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. We will also provide tips and resources for biking through fall and winter in Portland. Plus pick up some swag while you're here!

When: Sunday, October 19, 2025, 9:00 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Where: Lents Farmers Market, 5718 SE 92nd Ave, Portland, OR 97266

Who: This event is hosted by the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) Portland By Cycle team, in collaboration with Portland Farmers Market.

This is your chance to pedal to the newly restored Springwater Wetlands. Meet at the market at 11:45 a.m. for the Fall Colors Ride to the Springwater Wetlands hosted by Bikeloud in partnership with the Bureau of Environmental Services (BES).
