Request a Vision Zero Yard Sign

The Portland Bureau of Transportation offers a yard sign lender program for neighbors who want to promote safe driving on their streets

It will take approximately 10 minutes to read and fill out the form. Signs are typically delivered within 3 business weeks. Due to COVID-19, delivery times may vary.

Fill out and submit the form

The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation's SLOW DOWN yard signs are available as an 18" X 24" sign in corrugated plastic or aluminum ($25 deposit required, deposit refunded if the sign is returned in good condition within 1 year).

The Bureau of Transportation yard signs are portable and suitable for quick and easy display by residents on their personal property. If possible, signs should be brought indoors each evening to minimize vandalism.

Download the form below.

Due to COVID-19, community members currently interested in a corrugated plastic yard sign are NOT required to obtain signatures on the Vision Zero Safety Pledge; however, you will be asked to pick up your yard sign outside the Portland Building, 1120 SW 5th Ave, on a designated date and time.

Please email the corrugated plastic sign you are interested in receiving (one per household) and the date and time you plan to pick up the sign to Sharon White.
