The purpose of this report is to summarize the complaints received by the ombudsperson about TNC companies, drivers, or other industry-related issues. This report is provided quarterly to the TNC Drivers Advisory Committee for review.
What is an ombudsperson and what will they do?
The ombudsperson acts as an independent mediator and liaison between transportation network companies and drivers; advises the committee on driver complaint trends; assists the committee in developing recommendations to TNC representatives; handles complaints from TNC drivers, and; conducts impartial investigations of complaints.
How do I submit a complaint?
First, you are required to try to resolve the issue with the company you drive for before submitting a complaint. Second, if you are unable to resolve the issue, describe the problem using this form, read the instructions, and submit the form for review.
