Sign up to provide support for the Healthy Businesses program

Service

Companies may sign up with the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) to provide additional resources for permit holders with the Healthy Businesses program—construction materials, design, installation, maintenance, labor, or discounts. Partnerships can be limited to support communities of color.

Sign-up form will take 10-20 minutes to complete. PBOT will respond within 5-7 business days.

Gather your information

Be ready to provide your organization’s name, contact information, and what offer of your support you are looking to provide. You can indicate any exclusions or conditions, special instructions. You may also indicate whether or not you want your support to have a focus on businesses whose owners are Black, Indigenous, Asian Pacific Islander, or People of Color.

Signing up does not guarantee participation by the applicant or Healthy Businesses permit-holders. The City of Portland makes no guarantee of sponsorship, visibility, or completion.
