Report a specific incident, such as an improperly parked scooter, or other issues with any motorized, electric scooter found in the Portland area. These issues are submitted to both PBOT and the associated e-scooter companies (Lime and Lyft) for resolution.

What is the issue with the e-scooter?
Is the e-scooter locked to a bike rack or a municipal sign post? (e.g. STOP sign, No Parking sign, Speed limit sign, etc...)

E-scooters meeting these criteria are not considered improperly parked, if you have any questions, comments or feedback, please contact our program at e-scooter@portlandoregon.gov.

Is the e-scooter blocking a sidewalk, trail, bike lane, driveway, street, transit stop or other type of transportation lane?
Is the e-scooter parked on private property?
Electric scooter (e-scooter) company
Which e-scooter company does the scooter belong to? Or, what color is the e-scooter?
Scooters only, no bikes.

If the scooter has an easy to locate ID on it, enter that alphanumeric ID below and continue with your report.
