What’s the purpose of the committee? The purpose of the PFHT Advisory Committee is to provide expertise and feedback about Portland’s PFHT market, regulations, and policies, taking into consideration the full range of City goals and objectives.

- Limited Passenger Transportation (LPT) Driver Representative
- Public-At -Large Representing People with Disabilities
- Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver
- Shuttle Driver
