Starting Sunday, July 26, the Glisan offramp of I-405 will be temporarily closed for approximately five weeks and NW 16th Avenue will be reduced to one lane of traffic, so that the contractor has space to construct the foundation of the bridge. A temporary fence has been installed on NW Flanders Street from 14th to 15th avenues for construction staging.
