Below is a list of potential grant opportunities to fund proposed trail work, resources to help advance trails in the City of Portland, and the plans and policies that guide the Portland Pathways Program.
The proposed Portland Streetcar Montgomery Park Extension Project is planned to extend the Portland Streetcar to Montgomery Park in Northwest Portland and includes a complete rebuild of NW 23rd Avenue between NW Vaughn and Lovejoy streets. This project is in the planning stage and is not yet funded.

Information
The Quick Build Program fill gaps in the multi-modal transportation system through small projects that help people cross streets safely, speed up transit, improve neighborhood greenways and bicycle facilities, reduce crashes for all road users, and increase access to places Portlanders want to go.
PBOT updated the River District Master Street Plan to support development of streets and pedestrian connections as a part of the USPS Masterplan proposal.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is planning to make safety improvements along SE Stark Street between SE 108th Avenue and SE 162nd Avenue.
On SE Hawthorne Boulevard from 23rd to 50th avenues, PBOT crews repaved 28 blocks to create a smoother street and extend its lifespan while redesigning it as a safer, three-lane street. The project also included accessibility, pedestrian and transit improvements. This project is now complete.
