The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is updating its ADA Title II Public Right of Way Transition Plan. It will provide a framework for the continuous improvement of the public right-of-way and related PBOT programs to bring them into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
