Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) is hosting a placemaking design workshop for the NW 21st & 23rd Intersection Enhancement Project.

Members of the NW Parking District SAC, NW Business Association, and NW District Association are invited to explore potential options for placemaking at key intersections. The workshop will be held in the Garden Room at Friendly House from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Please RSVP to let staff know you are planning to attend: NW 21st & 23rd Placemaking Design Workshop.
