Group providing feedback on multimodal Columbia/Lombard Mobility Corridor Plan addressing safety, mobility, and access for freight, walking, bicycling, and transit both along the corridor (east/west) and across it (north/south). Plan goes before City Council for adoption in summer 2020.
The Portland Freight Advisory Committee, formed February 2003, serves as an advisory group to the Portland Bureau of Transportation and City Council on issues related to freight mobility. Includes community member volunteers and public agency representatives at the local, state, and federal level.
Established July 2019. Monthly meetings between January 2020 and spring 2021 to develop recommendations around implementation, study, and design of how transportation pricing might be used in Portland; establish priorities for investment; centering equity and transportation justice.
