Survey Information

An online survey for public comment is available here.

As a thank you, if you complete the survey by Friday, Nov. 20, you’ll be automatically entered for a chance to win a $20 Fred Meyer gift card. Make sure to leave your email address in the survey. Limit of one gift card per person and two per household.

PBOT wants to hear from you! We care about the opinions and concerns of Portlanders using our city’s transportation system. We want to know if users think we missed anything, if users have experiences with our programs, practices, procedures, policies that make it difficult for them to access everything we are responsible for. We want to know if they have a different opinion of how we prioritize the work of the plan.

Please send an e-mail to Lisa Strader, ADA Coordinator, ADATransitionPlan@portlandorego… if you would like us to email or mail the survey questions to you, so you can provide your feedback by email or mail, or if you need to take the survey by phone.

We look forward to your feedback!
